| I don't blame you for getting those ICs, they are clearly better than stockers. But your placement has made them about as effective as a straight pipe. As for the "choke point" you spoke of, upgraded ICs are to cool the intake charge more so than the stockers, not to create better flow. You're still using the same piping on either side, and now you have a bigger area to move air through, so you're theory of a choke point is off. Bigger ICs cool more effectively than stockers. And gains from a dual pop cannot be compared to gains from ICs. They perform two different functions. One allows more airflow, the other cools that air better. Two mutually exclusive benefits.
